The method of flange connection

Dual phase steel flange is also called flange plate or flange. Dual phase steel flange is a connecting part between shafts, which is used to connect pipe ends. It can also be used as the flange at the inlet and outlet of the equipment, and is used for the connection between two equipment, such as the reducer flange. Dual phase steel flange connection or dual phase steel flange joint refers to the removable connection with flange, gasket and bolt as a set of combined sealing structure. Pipeline flange refers to the flange used for pipeline distribution in pipeline equipment. When used in equipment, it refers to the inlet and outlet flanges of equipment. There are holes in the flange, and the bolts make the two flanges closely connected. Seal the flange with a gasket. Dual phase steel flanges are divided into threaded connection flanges, welding flanges and clamping flanges. Duplex steel flanges are used in pairs.

Threaded connection flanges can be used for low-pressure pipelines, and welded flanges can be used for pressures above 4kg. Add a gasket between two dual phase steel flanges and fasten them with bolts. The thickness of dual phase steel flange with different pressure is different, and the bolts used are also different. When the pump and valve are connected with the pipeline, the parts of these equipment are also made into the corresponding flange shape, also known as flange connection. All connections bolted and closed at the periphery of two planes are generally referred to as “dual phase steel flanges”, such as the connection of ventilation pipes. Such parts can be referred to as “flange parts”. But this connection is only a part of the equipment, such as the connection between the flange and the water pump, so it is not good to call the water pump a “flange part”. Smaller, such as valves, can be called “flange parts”. When the dual phase steel flange is used for the connection between pipelines, the torque between some pipelines is often very large, which requires higher mechanical properties of the flange. If the common dual phase steel flange is used, it is easy to cause deformation of the dual phase steel flange.
